Stephen Covey, educator, author (best known for the book, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”), and founder of Franklin Covey, used to say that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Research has shown that the timeline Covey advertised is actually a bit longer (more like 65 days), but the simple truth of the matter is the same. In order for something to become habit, you must continue to practice it.
